Many products include a written manufacturer warranty. Coverage, duration, exclusions, transferability, required registration, and remedies vary by manufacturer and product.
If warranty coverage affects your purchase decision, email support@technicianmarket.com before ordering. We will provide available written warranty terms or explain how to obtain a free copy.
Contact us with the order number, SKU, installation date, vehicle information, description of the issue, diagnostic findings, and photographs or video when relevant. Keep the product and packaging until instructions are provided.
A manufacturer may require inspection, testing, proof of professional installation, product registration, or direct communication before approving a remedy.
Normal wear, misuse, competition use, improper installation, unauthorized modification, poor maintenance, accident damage, contamination, incompatible components, and use outside the documented application may be excluded.
Labor, towing, storage, diagnostics, downtime, rental vehicles, incidental costs, and consequential losses are generally not covered unless the written warranty or applicable law expressly provides otherwise.
We will provide reasonable order records and available product information to support a legitimate claim. Except for an express written promise made by TechnicianMarket, we do not create an additional product warranty beyond applicable law and the manufacturer’s written warranty.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Include the product SKU, vehicle details when relevant, and your order number if one exists. Do not email payment-card numbers, passwords, or other account credentials.
