We provide concrete handling expectations, explain when delivery estimates can change, and state what happens if a shipment cannot leave on time.
We review orders for payment authorization, address quality, current availability, product restrictions, shipping feasibility, and obvious catalog issues. Our target is to complete normal order review within one business day, Monday through Friday.
After order acceptance, in-stock parcel orders are generally expected to leave a U.S. fulfillment location within 1–3 business days. Freight, oversized, restricted, special-order, compliance-review, and address-review orders may require additional time.
Delivery dates shown before or after checkout are estimates unless we expressly state that a date is guaranteed. Carrier capacity, weather, address corrections, remote destinations, freight appointments, and operational disruptions can affect transit.
Do not schedule installation, travel, or vehicle downtime until the product has arrived and been inspected.
We maintain a reasonable basis for stated shipment estimates. If we cannot ship within a promised period, we will send a delay notice and provide the choice required by law. That may include consenting to a revised date or canceling the unshipped item for a refund. When no shipment period is stated, the federal Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule generally uses a 30-day shipment period.
If no merchandise from an order can be shipped, any required refund includes amounts paid for the unshipped merchandise and related shipping or handling charges. The governing federal rule is published by the Federal Trade Commission.
We may use major national, regional, freight, or specialist carriers. Items in one order may ship separately from different U.S. fulfillment locations. Tracking is provided when available and may take time to begin reporting movement.
Freight deliveries may require a valid telephone number, appointment, adult recipient, suitable access, and inspection before signing.
Provide a complete, deliverable address. Address changes are not guaranteed after order acceptance. We may hold an order to verify an apartment, suite, business name, freight-access detail, or mismatch between billing and shipping information.
Carrier rerouting, correction, storage, redelivery, or return-to-sender charges caused by an inaccurate address may be charged where permitted by law.
Inspect the shipment promptly. Photograph the packaging, shipping label, product, and damage before discarding materials. For freight, note visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing whenever possible.
Contact us promptly, preferably within 48 hours, so carrier and damage claims can be preserved. This requested reporting period does not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Certain products cannot ship to every destination or through every service. Restrictions may apply to hazardous materials, aerosols, fluids, batteries, oversized parts, emissions-related products, remote regions, post-office boxes, export destinations, and regulated items.
We may request information, change the available shipping method, or cancel and refund an item when lawful shipment cannot be completed.
Request cancellation as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed after order acceptance, allocation, packing, or shipment. If the item has shipped, the return policy applies.
